Okay its been a long time indeed! I havent gotten the chance to post an blog in a while. Here are the things that were on my mind lately.
Well.. I went for my Social Insurance Number last week and received it on monday! Finally. I know the number off by heart already. Now I will look for a job, because I want alot of money, to save up for college and pay the rent... and buy clothes and things like that. I will also buy a 100$ hair straighter most likely. Yup my hair is really nice curly.. but I like to change it every now and then, do different hair styles and things like that.
I didnt mention that a couple of weeks ago the people that I babysat for in the summer called me back and asked if I wanted to work there again this summer. After I got off the phone I literally laughed. It was hilarious that they thought that I would work for them again. They're kids were always annoying, and always arguing about what activities we were going to do, and every single day we had to do a different activity, and I wasnt allowed to choose, so whatever they agreed on, we had to do it. I hated that job. It wasnt just babysitting, it was also trying to teach them english cause they were french. And, they were strictly not allowed to go on the computer or watch tv, and I had to occupy them 24/7! The kids were 10 and 12 years old at that!! I worked from 8:30 to 4:00 every day, and it was an hour and a half away from my house, plus for all that I only got 130$ a week. Never again will I work overtime and get paid that low of a salary. That is the reason why I am happy to get my Social Insurance Number. I hate the fact that I live in a french province and that many people are looking for french people to work. I am not good at speaking french although I can understand most of it. So hopefully I can find a job that doesnt need talking that much, or an english job. I'm thinking more of being a maid in a hotel. I'm good at cleaning and I would get good money, but I think I would need experience before I could do that.
Lets see, what else is new? Well.. I'm getting my math done and have only one book left although its really thick so I dont know how long it will take me. Anyways, I'm going to be going to school once a week when I get my job. It's Adult Ed.. we choose our hours. I'm sure gonna miss my friends there. My other friends havent been calling me, I guess I'll call them and see whats up. I havent spoken to Jess and Kim in a while! I talked to Nathasha the other day on the phone. She lives in Ontario and she's so busy with school, but we made a deal that we were going to email each other at least once a week. We are sisters and bestfriends, and i dont want that to change. I miss her so much that when I read one of her letters it brought a tear.. she had left a bunch of xoxo's in the email, and then wrote, "I think ther's more O's than X's, Hmmm.......................Oh well, that doesn't change the fact that I miss you.... *sniff,sniff* ttyl ".. when I read that I literally had a tear coming down my face.. why cant she come back!? aww...... well hopefully I see her sometime soon.
My brother's GF is giving birth to a baby boy in less than a month... yes sometime in April, and they live in New Brunswick. Hopefully I can make it there on time when she gives birth. I'm gonna be an Aunt!
Thursday when I got back from school, me and my mom played skip-bo, and when Travis and Sarah got home we all talked, went to buy chips, pop, and chocolate. I picked up smarties because I love them, and I wanted to save marc the red ones.. but in the whole box there was only one red smartie. I laughed. That night I watched a movie in my brother's and sarah's room. I forget the name of the movie. Surprised? Not me.. lol nope I usually forget the names of movies. It was the movie where the woman works in a hospital and never had a boyfriend ever and she's about 30-35 years old. She drives home in her car, and gets in a car crash, which makes her go into a comma, so she stayed in the hospital for about 3 months, and the her apartment was given up for rent. At that time, there is a guy who is looking for an apartment, and finds that one. The apartment still had all the furniture and everything in it, and he was looking for a furnished apartment so it was fine. The woman doesnt know she is just a spirit, and that only HE can see her.. she thinks she is still living there, and wonders why he's in her house. Anyways..later on they try to get her to remember what he life was like before the accident, and thats when they discover that she is in a comma and that she really isnt dead. They fall in love..and its soo cute! I love the movie. If only i knew the name of it.. lol
Friday was such a bad day.. and good too in a way. Start by the bad, finish with the good. Bad- I woke up in the morning.. wasnt gonna be able to make the bus in time cause I needed to buy tickets, so I left early and walked to Jean Coutu.. bad? no.. it wasnt. I got on the 87 bus and got off near Cegep Saint Foy, and went to Dunkin doughnuts cause my bf wanted me to buy him a strawberry coolata, so I get there and asked for one. They said the machine was broke, so ............. UMMM well i'll write more later... gotta go!! i have to catch my bus to go home now....
